Easter
The main objective of Easter is to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, which is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. Easter symbolizes hope, renewal, and victory over sin and death. It marks the end of Holy Week, which includes Good Friday (the day of Jesus’ crucifixion), and is the most important and sacred holiday in Christianity. For many, it is also a time of spiritual reflection, joy, and the reaffirmation of faith. In a broader cultural sense, Easter also represents new life and rebirth, often celebrated with symbols like eggs, flowers, and springtime festivities.
Ciudad Montes Bilingual School Actively Participated in This Important International Celebration.
Colegio Ciudad Montes actively took part in this internationally significant celebration. Students designed their own bunny ears and noses, and created BINGO cards featuring elements related to the Easter holiday. Both students and teachers participated in a fun game of BINGO. As the students played, the teacher explained the historical and social aspects of the celebration, making the activity both educational and entertaining.
